TURN AND RÈUND

At LANG LUX UNIE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and easy process for returns and refunds, as outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original condition you received them.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
2. Non-returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Items that are damaged, used, or opened.
- Gift cards, personalized items, or any products marked as final sale.
If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a return or exchange.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@langluxunie.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
- Step 2: Our team will provide you with instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
- Step 3: Package the item securely in its original packaging and return it to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping for Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, LANG LUX UNIE will cover the return shipping costs.
- Return Shipping for Other Returns: If you are returning an item for reasons other than defects or damage, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the refund may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for returns due to defective or damaged products.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or size, please contact our customer service team at info@langluxunie.com. We will guide you through the exchange process, and you may need to return the original item before the new one is shipped.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@langluxunie.com. We will attempt to cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return it according to our return policy.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@langluxunie.com. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional charge. Please include photographs of the damage or defect to help us process your claim efficiently.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please:
- Check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for your refund to be processed.
