1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • We do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after your order is processed.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after your order is processed.
  • Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days after your order is processed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address, the size of your order, and the shipping method you select at checkout. Shipping costs will be displayed before you confirm your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can track your order status on the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct and complete. LANG LUX UNIE is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, shipping carrier delays, or other external factors. LANG LUX UNIE is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our warehouse.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, LANG LUX UNIE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, if your package is lost or stolen during delivery, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to minimize the risk of lost packages.

9. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via standard shipping. However, some expedited shipping methods may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.

10. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@langluxunie.com. We will attempt to make the change before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.

11. Shipping Exceptions

  • Inclement Weather or Natural Disasters: In the event of inclement weather or natural disasters, shipping times may be delayed. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
  • Large Orders: For large or bulky items, additional shipping fees may apply. You will be notified if this applies to your order at checkout.

12. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for instructions on how to return the item for a refund or replacement. If the issue is related to a shipping error, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
